The booking process
Booking your preferred Warwick University accommodation is really easy, and can only be done via our website. Follow the below steps to complete your booking.
- Browse accommodation options for your chosen location
- Review room details and what’s included
- Select the number of weeks you’d like to reserve the room for
- Select ‘proceed to booking’
- Create an account with Capitol Students or login to your existing account
- Review your booking details, enter your payment details and reserve your place.
After you’ve paid your advance rent, a room will be assigned to you, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your booking. Please be aware that you have 10 days to accept your room offer and electronically sign your licence agreement. If you don’t complete
your booking within this period, your reservation may be cancelled, and your advance rent will be forfeited.
If your booking is made within 14 days of the licence start date, we reserve the right to shorten the acceptance deadline to 48 hours before the start of your licence.
