The booking process
Booking your preferred student housing in Huddersfield is really easy, and can only be done via our website. Follow the below steps to complete your booking.
- Browse accommodation options for your chosen location
- Review room details and what’s included
- Select the number of weeks you’d like to reserve the room for
- Select ‘proceed to booking’
- Create an account with Capitol Students or login to your existing account
- Review your booking details, enter your payment details and reserve your place.
What to expect after you pay
After you’ve paid your advance rent, a room will be allocated to you and you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your booking. You must accept your room offer and electronically sign your licence agreement within 10 days. If you don’t complete the booking within this timeframe, it may be cancelled and your advance rent will be forfeited.
Please note: If your booking is made within 14 days of the licence start date, the acceptance period may be shortened to 48 hours prior to the start date.
