Gorgie Student Accommodation
We offer two fantastic student accommodation options in Edinburgh. The first is our Gorgie accommodation. It features both studios and shared flats, with prices starting from £200 p/w. Well located for students at Edinburgh Napier University, Gorgie is just over a 30-minute walk away from the uni campus. Those studying at Heriot-Watt University can reach the campus on a 15-minute bus ride, while Edinburgh University is 30-minutes away by bus.
Westfield Student Accommodation
Our second student accommodation option is also located in the highly desirable Westfield area of the city. Offering studio and flat options, Westfield student housing is priced slightly higher than Gorgie, starting at £205 p/w. This option is ideal for students who don’t mind using public transport for their commute to campus. On public transport, it’s just 14-minutes by public transport to Edinburgh Napier University, 19-minutes to Heriot-Watt University, and 26-minutes to Edinburgh University.

The booking process
Reserving your preferred student housing in Edinburgh is really easy and can only be done via our website. Follow the below steps to complete your booking.
- Browse accommodation options for your chosen location
- Review room details and what’s included
- Select the number of weeks you’d like to reserve the room for
- Select ‘proceed to booking’
- Create an account with Capitol Students or login to your existing account
- Review your booking details, enter your payment details and reserve your place.
Once you've paid your advance rent, you will be allocated a room and receive an email with instructions on how to complete the booking process. Please note, there is a 10-day deadline to accept your room offer and sign your licence agreement electronically. Failure to complete your booking may result in your booking being cancelled and you will forfeit your advance rent.
Please note, if your booking is made within 14 days of the licence start date, we reserve the right to reduce the acceptance period to within 48 hours of the licence start date.
